Prayer of Truth
With boundless qualities like the ocean
Caring sentient beings like the only son
Buddhas and bodhisattvas of past, present, and future, and their disciples
Please hear my supplication
The Dharma, removing all the sufferings of the samsara and the sublime,
Flower for the benefit and happiness of the wide world
All the scholars and siddhis, the holders of Dharma,
I pray for the ten spiritual trainings to progress
Suppressed by countless powerful negative acts,
The miserable sentient beings, suffering continuously
With all the unbearable fears of disease, weapons, famine
Please bestow them with oceans of peace and happiness
Especially the people of Tibet the Dharma country
Attacked mercilessly by the dark power
Flowing with blood and tears
I pray to arouse the power of mercy, to swiftly cease it
Acts carried out drunken by the devil of negative emotions
Who are subject of mercy, the destroyer of self and others
May those evils be given the eyes of wisdom
And enjoy the wealth of love and compassion
The long held wishes deep in our heart
The pure freedom in all of Tibet
The celebration of the union of Dharma and the mundane
May there be swift fortune to enjoy such
For the Dharma, the holder of Dharma and the compatriots
Sacrificing the most loved lives and wealth
Those people bearing countless hardship
May the Compassion Deity bestow with kindness
In short, may the Lord Avalokiteshwara
Who in front of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas
Did supplicate the grand wishes to care the land of snow
May the good fruit appear swiftly here and now
By the profound nature of dependence of the union of appearance and emptiness;
By the power of the Triple Gems’ compassion and truth;
And by the faultless nature of cause and effect;
May we swiftly achieve our wishes and the prayers of truth unobstructed

Om Mani Padme Hum
The outside form Dharma
The more I practice
Without the inner motivation
The practitioner is just in name only
Prayer wheel in the right hand
Raksha beads in the left hand
With which even if you go to Kora
Without a good heart
You have not turned to the Dharma
Om Mani Padme Hum
The essence of the Dharma is Bodhictta
With a good heart, the earth and the path will turn good
Everything depends on one’s mind
One should strive to posses a good heart
One must not commit any negative actions;
Do perfect positive actions; and tame one’s own mind
This is the teachings of the Buddha

Baba Nam Kevalam
Baba means "my most beloved One", Nam means "name of" or "to identify with", and Kevalam means "only". So the meaning of the mantra is "My most Beloved is the only One." The ideation is: "Everywhere I look, in everything I hear, feel, see, taste and smell, I perceive that one Supreme Consciousness which pervades all things."
